We've been using these on our 17 month old for over a year now. They were great at helping her to breathe. I had also read about using them, waiting a minute, and then using an aspirator. It really does help with clearing out the mucus. The pediatrician approved using these every day - the aspirator maybe once a week since that will dry out the nose.

These have been handy to have for our kiddo whenever they’re not feeling well and have a stuffed nose. Hard to say if it’s completely effective but given it’s just saline it also isn’t really harmful to give to them. The hardest part about these is trying to wrangle your kid so that you can get the darn nose drops in ~ for their own good!

I have two under two and they are always sick with a stuffy nose. I find this to be a must have during the tough days of stuffy noses and it really loosens up the thick boogers, making it easier to use the nose sucker.
