We got our hamper just over a week ago and love the color, style, and its functionality. As many have mentioned in their reviews, the hamper is sturdy, yet light, and is made of quality material.We like the detachable liner and the washable pouch/pocket (using this for our daughters socks and undies). The simple color and style helps it fit pretty much anywhere in our house. To set it up was very easy, though, I made a mistake in how I knotted the rope handles and in how I attached the pouch/pocket (easy fix with the instructions).Prior to ordering, we had 3 cheap hampers that were starting to lose its form (one with a tear), so we’ll be replacing these soon with a Savvy hamper.The only thing, so far, that we can think of is having more color options or prints (daughter likes rainbow unicorns) would be fun.

I love the style, color and size of this hamper. Price was decent compared to others on the market. I like the idea of the inner lining so that you have a bag to bring your clothes to the laundry room in. However, the bag is of poor quality and on its second use, it ripped. If you buy this unit, know that you may need to invest in a sturdier bag to line the hamper with if you intend to use the bag to transport your laundry too and from the laundry room.

This came really well and thoughtfully packaged. The seller provided very detailed assembly instructions, which were awesome because it is not at all intuitive. Once you get it together it makes sense though. I LOVE the attached lingerie bag, I can just toss my dedicates in that bag instead of the main hamper, then put that straight in the washer. Brilliant. It is very light weight and collapses on itself a little when its empty, hence the one less star. I think I might get another one for my bathroom.

It looks great and arrived with no problems. However, the second time I went to put the laundry sack back into the basket, one of the pieces that holds the sack upright, broke away from the basket. The next day my 2 pound kitten leaped onto it when it was closed and went straight through the unsupported lid. So, now the item is trashed and only a week old. That would be my only complaint: just way too flimsy, especially if you have an active household.

Great product, and even better customer service! Received mine but the little white delicates bag that attaches to the inside had a broken loop. (Which, by the way, is a great convenience to have - I had one before that did not attach and would just always end up in the bottom of the hamper) The company was right on it and sent me not only one replacement, but two, and all within a few days. This is a great hamper especially if you have to keep it out in a room -it’s attractive and fits in with any decor.

It was easy to assemble and liked it had a lid to cover basket. After a week of using the loop for one of the hooks broke loose. I sent an email to the company and within two days received a replacement and didnt have to send other one back. I am pleased with the company sending a replacement and they wanted to make sure I was satisfied. So far I am happy with the replacement and the service they provided.

This is a great looking product. The dimensions and color are exactly as described and what I wanted. Love having the lid to hide all of my dirty laundry. I would like to have the inside removable hamper made of a better quality, especially the handles. It seems that it won't be long before it wears out or the handles on the inner basket rip.

I love how structured these new hampers are. They are classy looking and durable all at the same time. The bag inside that we can take out to bring the laundry downstairs rather than having to drag the whole hamper downstairs is so handy as well. This means the hampers won't get as beat up over time and lose their shape like our old ones did. I also love that we don't have to bend down to scoop everything out of the bottom of the hamper now. We can just dump the bag right in to the washer. These are great!
