My original intentions with this purchase was to just test some jewelry I had recently acquired just to see if I made a good investment... However, the instructions included with this contraption might as well be written in Portuguese (assuming that you don't know Portuguese, like myself...) because they don't do much. After tinkering with it and getting inaccurate results, I decided to do what any sane person from this century typically does these days when seeking information about a particular product and I checked out some YouTube videos, showing off my novice nature of diamonds. After watching a bunch of clowns who knew just as much as I did about this thing, I had come to realize that maybe my potential "diamond treasure hunting career" was a bad idea after all... . . . . . Besides that, there is no real resale value for diamonds once you obtain them, unless you are a experienced jeweler and can craft those stones into some overpriced luxurious ring yourself and come out on top. Other than that, who really fancies diamonds anymore anyways? Forgive us for not being in the 1930's. And to make things even worse is that humans now have the capability to produce artificial diamonds which result in being more valuable than the real thing. I feel as though I should turn my attention towards being the first person in history to produce gold out of some cleaning products, pencil erasers and baking soda, that way I would no longer need to test diamonds with a tester that fails it's own tests.
