Haven’t used long enough to notice anything yet although has just been a day, but it is good quality and bright. Has adjustable modes for light temp and brightness which is nice for my Autistic sensory issues. So far so good I think and hopefully this works at least a bit for not just me but for all. Even just a 10-15% increase would be vastly beneficial. Some have success with SAD lights and some say they don’t although it’s worth trying anything as some offer different features. Thankful that there are options for us out there, but we need more for we’re homo sapiens plain and simply complex with quarks or not. I wish everybody the best and let’s hope for a “brighter” future. Indeed, a corny bad joke er pun technically, but maybe will “brighten” somebody’s day. This goes for anybody and everybody who is dealing with a struggle. Let’s all keep trying and never stop hoping as humanity makes breakthroughs a bit at a time. Never easy so I understand this takes patience sometimes. I thank everybody for their contributions towards helping those of us when sometimes it feels like being left behind or alone, lost yet finding our ways no matter how in a going forward manner. You’re not alone and I got your back people! Might not be doing anything directly myself, but my wish is that each and every one obtains compassion, happiness or even something simple that boosts the spirit. Educating the ignorant is a place to start because this is something real that some will never understand. I'm enjoying using this light on gray days when I feel a bit low and lacking energy. I especially like the option to choose shades of light - wish it had a stronger pale peach shade as I would love to feel like I was seeing a sunset. I think I did overdo it one day - had a little trouble getting to sleep one night, but that was just once and it's really unusual for me. I also bought one as a gift for someone who has a windowless office, but have had no feedback from that person so far. I feel it was worth the cost - haven't had it long, so it's a short term opinion.

It's bright, it's easy to use, I don't know if it works but I use it and it's been fine.

I'm pleasantly surprised by this purchase..I was skeptical when I ordered it. I have since seen a huge difference in my mood. The winter is taking a toll on my mental health and this has already helped me feel better.I like that it is adjustable and has a timer. It really helps. I highly suggest it!

Images of item CLEARLY show a USB-C port, the item I received DOES NOT. The item cannot be charged, it must be used while plugged in. I specifically chose one that could be charged, now it is useless for intended purpose.Not only that, but the product isn't even as bright as a 40w lamp. The photos attached show the lamp at its brightest setting, both warm and cool light. This product is defective garbage.

My mood light is 20+ years old. Big and bulky. I bought this for my office at work. It's thinner than my iPad and has several sunlight settings and times. And it's a touch pad. Just touch to adjust.

Truly love these lamps. Maybe it’s a placebo effect, maybe it works. Who cares. It brings me a ray of sunshine in the otherwise dark and depressing state I live in.

I love this. I can absolutely tell it works and the range of settings and warm and cold light is a p3rsonal fav of mine. At a great price what's not to love.
