Wow, this type of b1 works great! And it has no bitter taste. Its like b1 from dr Berg but better because it has no B9 in it which lots of people are sensitive to. Very powerful product. Recommend!

I ordered this supplement about a week ago. I’ve only used it 2 days so far. I think this is already changing my life for the better. I’ll return to make periodic updates. So far, I’m happy and already considering purchasing again.

Mother claims is great for avoiding caffeine jitters.
Bought for my mother as it is supposed to counteract the negative effects of caffeine; she feels it is working well. Will continue to purchase for her. The capsules were small and easy to swallow.

I was scammed
Product does NOT contain allithiamine. It is just dark powder when I opened the capsule. Allithiamine is bitter and has an odor. I assume the dark powder is flax seed powder as on the label, but who knows since it doesn’t contain the allithiamine either. I definitely would not take it if you have allergies. Just don’t buy it at all from amazon. You’ll have to go to a direct, reputable website to get the allithiamine apparently.

Fake / diluted
30 minutes or so after taking real allithiamine, I get a strong (though not bad) taste in my mouth. This doesn't do that at all. But I thought could smell allithiamine in the capsules (a garlic-like smell, "alli" refers to garlic), maybe it does contain allithiamine at something like 5% concentration.

How is this still being sold on Amazon? There is no thiamine in this capsule, I opened one and tasted it, it was completely tasteless. Only the outside capsule is white. The inside is brownish tasteless powder. If you have ever tasted real allithiamine you will know it - it is extremely bitter. I got a refund immediately.
