Is this an actual ooga horn. I don't want one that has a high pitched squeek

It is not high pitched or squeaky but it is not the ooga horn either. Just the old fashioned bicycle horn that honks when you squeeze the rubber bulb.

Do you think this would fit on a stroller?

I bought this for my mom who lives in Florida for her 3 wheel bike, but I would think it could be adjusted for a stroller. I hope this helps

I don’t recommend this didn’t work well don’t waste your money

How do you install it?

Removable thumbscrew on the underside of horn. Once removed, place horn on handlebars in desired location, and put the thumbscrew back in and tighten.
