Lightweight and Comfortable, but not Compactible
Pros:Super comfortable as a neck pillowNot too skinny as a bed pillow as many other travel pillows tend to beEasy to change between the two configurationsMicrobeads make it easy to adjust to your likingMaterial is soft and warm on one side, and cool on the otherCrazy lightweightCons:Only one that I can find: It cannot be compacted whatsover. This may not be an issue for some, but as a backpack traveler size is pretty important. That being said, I'll be carrying this with me anyways because it's the most comfortable and broadly useful travel pillow I've ever came across. It's so light anyways, that you wouldn't even notice it clipped to the exterior of your pack if you wanted to do that. It's roughly the size of a loaf of bread cut in 2/3s when in the square shape.

I like that you can shape this pillow into the standard U format or into a smaller square. During my previous trip, I attached the clip onto the handle of my personal item when I was going to use it and put it inside my bag in its square format when I was done using it. Overall a good pillow, particularly for the price. The only minor improvement I'd recommend is a cover to protect it as you travel, especially since this is an item that is near your face.

High quality, very comfy
This is extremely comfy for a travel pillow, trumped only by one I used to have made of tempurpedic-style memory foam. The microbeads do allow this thing to breathe exceptionally well, which cuts down on the travel funk that often is inescapable during long bouts of travel. I've used it twice on 7000+ mile flights and it's awesome. Eagle Creek proves again they are a high quality brand. It comes away looking like new after each wash, tho I usually wash mine on a delicate cycle. Very solid and indeed a good choice for the avid traveler.

Clever pillow, wish it didn't contain styrofoam
Really clever and comfortable pillow. The fleece is nice when it's cold and the other side is great for when it's warm. I just wish it wasn't stuffed with styrofoam pellets. I can't imagine what crap I'm breathing in from those. I was thinking about taking all of that out and stuffing it with some used down instead.

I searched a long time for just the right neck pillow. I have 3 of these pillows now. They are not overly bulky. My favorite part of them is the back which is squared off. The vast majority of the pillows I have seen are round. That made putting your head back with them on uncomfortable. In effect it would push your head forward - not a good position at all!

It's worth it. I am going to Hawaii and camping and don't want to bring a pillow... so this works perfectly to resolve that situation and I'll have a comfy neck rest on the flight!

Great for travel
I love anything that has at least 2 different ways to use it. And this fits the bill perfectly. I really like the little pillow it converts into as I end up sometimes using it for my actual pillow in a hotel (you know, when their pillow just doesn't fit right or you just want something familiar). It's been really versatile to travel with and I'd highly recommend it. With Eagle Creek's "No matter what" warranty, this is a great investment that will pay dividends.

Doesn't change shape easily, but does work as a neck brace.
Going from one shape to another is possible - not easy, but possible. I really wanted something to keep my head from falling sideways causing me to wake from a nap in my favorite recliner with a stiff neck. This certainly does this, but is almost too fat. I like to wear headphones to listen to soft music while I doze and this tends to push up the headphones. Otherwise, it's fine.
