Product ok. App doesn’t work - update: app now free
Extremely bummed. Bought the whole set and the app won’t work. If you look at the reviews in the App Store so many people complain of the same issue. The email registration link doesn’t work. So now I have the product and don’t even know how to use it. Yes, I look on YouTube and stuff but really wanted the app. Thought it was part of what I paid for.Update: they have made the videos free for everyone for now. So I have modified my stars.

Little bigger
It’s a little bigger than I had thought when I bought this. A younger athlete wouldn’t be able to hold this super well it’s more for an adult size hand.

Neat item
We use these items in a PT clinic I work in and I purchased one for home. It's great except the air pump didn't work. Luckily I wS able to rig a way to get air in it.

Not worth the money.
Product looks well made, but handle is too small to use for kettle bell swings, etc. The "handbook" was a single sheet of paper with filling instructions. The videos for use were all for other models with multiple handles, and thus were useless for this item.
