Could not decide the weight of the ball and the one that I got which is supposed to be 5lb is much too light compare to my 3lbs hand weights.

I was faked out by the picture, I thought it was a set but turned out to be only the 5 pound weight. Should have read closer or maybe Amazon should just put the picture of the 5 pound weight by itself?
