This was a small tube of toothpaste. However, for the money I paid the value was fine. The quality of the toothpaste well the brand speaks for itself. The texture is obviously the same as it has always been in the effectiveness and whiteness effect truthfully I do not pay much attention to. Overall I was generally satisfied with the purchase and for the price paid.

Sensodyne Pronamel Gentle Whitening Alpine Breeze is, well, alright. The "Alpine Breeze" flavoring is a pleasant, mild mint that doesn't overpower, which is a plus. It definitely delivers on the "gentle" promise; my sensitive teeth weren't aggravated at all during or after brushing. The toothpaste cleans adequately, leaving my mouth feeling refreshed.However, the "whitening" aspect feels negligible. After a few weeks of consistent use, I haven't noticed any significant difference in the brightness of my teeth. It's more of a maintainer, it seems, rather than a noticeable brightener.Ultimately, this toothpaste does what it claims: it's gentle on sensitive teeth, tastes nice, and provides basic cleaning. It's a perfectly adequate option if those are your main concerns, but those expecting dramatic whitening results might be disappointed. It's not groundbreaking, but it's certainly not bad. Hence, the 3-star rating. It's a solid, reliable choice that doesn't really wow, but doesn't disappoint either.
