Great Functionality, Awesome service
We have had this cooler since May of 2020. It holds ice really well esp for being soft sided. The distinguishing feature of this is the latch close. The comparable cooler from Yeti has a zipper, we also have that product. That zipper is almost impossible to use, and then the teeth broke, and you have to have proof of purchase for their warranty program. This cooler, we did break the latch on and the warranty claim could not have been easier. You have to go to the Otter box website for the correct phone number (not what Amazon has listed) and they will walk you through replacing your item, easy peasy. This is an awesome functional product, and that customer service experience will make me a repeat customer for life.

I use cold packs in this cooler and they keep food cold for days.

Melts meat frozen for days.
We used it to transport meat from home in Texas to cabin we used in Minnesota. The cooler has good capacity. We stopped to visit family a couple of days on way to MN. Meat was still frozen when we arrived in MN.

NICE COOLER... BUTTTT it was broken when I recieved it!
I purchased this cooler for trips such as kayaking, going to the beach, etc. I also purchased most of the accessories that you can buy for it. Everything came the same day, but one of the clips that your attachments go to was broken, and the latch to shut it was messed up. Amazon told us to contact otter box themselves for warranty. Otterbox had very good customer service, in addition to that they replaced the cooler free of charge only because we called about the issue the same day we received it. It took about 2 weeks for us to ship the cooler back and get a new one to us.Now as far as keeping ice, it does very very good. Before we sent the cooler back we did use it once to go kayaking, and I loved it. Now that we have the new one I'm sure I will love the attachments. 10/10 would recommend.

Its a nice cooler. Although I returned mine. It was just to bulky for what I need it for.

typical cooler - nothing beyond ordinary
Decent for the price - ice melts in same day. To hold cold longer instructions basically say "put cooler into Freezer the night before" - this would be truly helpful for any cooler. Expect it to keep things cold for 12 hours. Decent product, not exceptional.
