Why oh why did I not find this earlier in life. I saw it on one of my FB groups, and people saying how great it was for butter users. As I have become so fed up of the greasy spreads on the market and worried about all the plastics, I thought I would give butter a go again and realised how I had missed the taste. But so unspreadable from the fridge. I bought butter and the butter bell. Left butter out till it had started to soften, then gave it a bit of a mash with fork, then loaded up the butter bell well packed down, filled bottom to water line and popped the bell back in. Fantastic soft spreadable fresh butter every time. Highly recommend and would defo buy again.

Only had it for a week or so, but so far very happy with it. The butter has not fallen out of it into the water yet. It seems to be a major point of concern with these. I think this one will be fine.I just bought another one as a gift! Very happy with it.Thank you

Chose plain black, as white was out of stock, and I like clean simple lines. Very happy with it. Butter is soft and fresh.

This is a very nice, heavy butter dish. The only problem is with the seal, as others have mentioned. It doesn’t work at all. No matter how you use it, the lid just keeps lifting and does not form a tight seal as stated. I have now removed the seal and am very happy with it. I would have complained/returned it, but it is still lovely without the seal. I just cannot understand why they sell it like it is when it’s evident it doesn’t work properly. A minor irritation, but if you want a dish that seals tight, don’t purchase this one!

It's a good weight so does'nt slide around while getting the butter out, washes up nicely and fits a wide 8cm x 10cm block of butter inside, I'm happy with it.

Was really pleased with this product until it become apparent that the with the silicon seal on the lid it doesn't actually fit properly. In order for the lid to sit correctly on the pot we have removed the seal. Just a little disappointing when considering the cost - otherwise a great product and just what I needed.

Absolutely love this I'm planning on buying another 2 for family members, it doesn't take up a lot of table space but does hold 2 thirds of a 250g pat of butter, the knob on the top is also very easy to grip.

How have I lived on the planet without this in my kitchen. It's so simple to store your butter and use, a must for any kitchen.
