I've had a Hamilton Beach HomeBaker Bread Machine for a few years. On Thanksgiving, I made rolls. Somehow, the paddle for the machine disappeared into thin air. Not in the sink, dishwasher, trash can, crack between counter and stove. Obviously it fell through a wormhole because it's definitely not in my house anymore.We're currently living overseas, so I didn't want to deal with trying to reach out to the manufacturer. So I bought this paddle to replace the disappeared one. It fits fine in the machine and seems to have no issues. I've had it several months, and it's still making bread.Hopefully this one doesn't go poof. But if it does, at least I know where to get a quick replacement.

Fits on my Hamilton Beach bread maker. The hole is a slightly different shape, but still works. Saved me from having to toss my whole bread maker because of the kneading blade.

Doesn't fit Oster model 5834 and other Oster ExpressBake models. They have a larger diameter shaft, that this 'Almost Universal' paddle won't slide onto. The seller should have noted this.Those Osters need the paddle that looks similar but fits a 2mm larger shaft. And is distinguished by no hole on top, just a blank surface there.Looking at alternatives here, the Oster ExpressBake breadmakers need the grey paddle with no hole. I bought one of those paddles and it's a perfect fit on my Oster 5834 and my Oster 5838.I'm sending this black one back.

I bought this blade as a replacement for my bread machine in case the one I have gets damaged or lost. Now I feel secure having it. It is identical to the one that came with my machine, and I found the price to be very affordable.

Great quality but it did not fit my old Kenmore 48480 bread machine as I was hoping it would.
