This product took away 99% of my bone on bone knee pain. I still get an occasional twinge if I bend my knee the wrong way. I take 4 per day early AM and am good for the day.For years I have given our older dogs supplements with green lipped mussel and now I am taking the pure stuff.

A bit pricey, but effective. I never thought about fish oil, or omega 3s, until recently when I wanted to help my aging cat. I initially purchased a brand with dosage for cats and I saw such drastic and positive results that I decided to take them myself. The story from the original brand I used for my cat, included that krill oil and green muscle oil helped to get rid of black spots in my cat's eyes. They looked like holes in his irises. They have turned from black to a dark golden color, my cat's eyes are like 18 ct gold. It looks like the holes are healing up. He is also acting like a younger cat, and he seems to appreciate the change. He's even more affectionate now.

I give it 4 stars only because just started taking it. Will come back to add more after sometime.

That this product real works, my doctor was discussing knee replace on my right knee. I had seen commercials on a similar product. This one is less expensive and works like a charm. No more thoughts of knee replacement.

I take these for myself very healthy

I had been taking a competitor's product for many years, but those were getting quite expensive. I tried one month of this because it cost less. I'm sorry I did. Within a couple weeks of taking this product, an old shoulder injury started hurting when it hadn't hurt while I was taking the competitor's pills. I stopped taking this as soon as I received my new order of the competitor, and within a few days my shoulder wasn't hurting nearly as much and it's getting better. It takes a couple weeks to feel the benefits of the natural product. I'm going back to the competitor that I had been taking because they work for me!
