I've been using this ankle brace for about five days now, and I'm really impressed with the results. I used to struggle with significant pain in my ankle the moment I took my first steps out of bed in the morning. It was really uncomfortable and made starting my day difficult.Now, I wear this brace for about three hours every morning. It has made a huge difference! The pain has been reduced by at least 75%, and I feel so much more comfortable throughout the entire day.I also use it occasionally when I go for a walk or exercise. It's been incredibly helpful. The brace provides great support, even just the sleeve part.I did find that when I add the criss-cross strap, the velcro attachment on the Achilles tendon area makes it a bit too bulky for walking or running. So, I mostly just wear the sleeve part, which is like wearing a sock, and that alone has been very effective and supportive. I highly recommend this product for anyone dealing with similar ankle pain.

I had bad pain in my foot a couple weeks ago. I ordered this sock in light blue and it really helped to stabilize my ankle. It was comfortable and worked very well. The pain dissipated and now I don't have to use it.....but it's tucked away in my sock drawer in case I need it again.

I had tendon repair surgery. My podiatrist advised me to get an ankle brace as I transition out of the boot. The brace slid on withe ease. The compression is just right (i have med). The tension can be adjusted on the additional support band, and i have experienced less pain. It's a quality piece. I put it in the laundry and air dried. It is still good as new.

I fell in a hole and twisted my ankle 2 days ago. I was in pain and I bought this. The brace supports my ankle and it helps to move around. I'm very clumsy and prone to tripping over myself as of now I believe I sprained my ankle. First time wearing it, it was definitely worth the money. The quality of the Velcro is really good. It doesn't itch for me to wear, it's like wearing a heavy blanket surrounding your ankle. I really love it and I know I will be using it from now on. Thank you so much.

These are the best compression socks I’ve ever owned. They are comfortable & suitable for all day wear. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there is only one sock in the package. The packing materials state it is available for pair purchase but I was not given that option. They are well made & hold up well after washing. I did use a laundry bag. I’d recommend this product. I measured b4 purchase & the small works great for me. My feet did not get hot, they breathe nicely & work with or without shoes or sandles. The extra strap isn’t really necessary but does work for additional support. I actually used the. Strap on my other swollen foot & it worked fine. I do wish it were a pair not just one sock!

This brace fit so well and helped me nurse it back to health.• Tip:Can be used with or without the extra wrap. I preferred to use the wrap in the beginning them phased it out as it felt better.
