The Timeshare Coach is THE BEST industry book I have read to date--FACT!The Timeshare Coach by Carl Garwood is win/win and timeshare developers worldwide would be wise to include the book with every "new hire" agent orientation materials; project directors and sales vice presidents would be wise to provide existing management with copies of the easy-to-read book, and managers would be wise to create weekly study groups with their teams. Sales agents would be wise to obtain their own copies (and a few to share!), get some 3 x 5 index cards for the pocket affirmations, and create study/support/master-mind groups. The vacationing public would be wise to read the book and apply the principles in their own lines of work, creating win/win/win experiences for all concerned.This book is a simplified and practical version, industry specific, of The Science of Getting Rich, Think and Grow Rich, The Secret, You Can Heal Your Life, The Success Principles, From Zero to Zillionaire along with other classic titles such as The Greatest Salesman in the World-- all of which remind us that energy follows thought -- FACT!The Timeshare Coach e-zine is also must reading for all timeshare professionals-- FACT!Happy selling and vacationing!

It's on you! Stop the Blame Game!
I've read a lot of training books over the years and this is one of the first ones that kept going back to the route of failure for salespeople in any field of sales including vacation sales. Very good on enthusiasm and courtesy with prospects as well as the concept of " positive self expectancy." ---- However, A bit lite on some of the critically important sales techniques and methods such as the 10-40-50 rule of communication, Cialdini's six laws of persuasion or the Mckenna / Breen" the power to influence " , the Pareto principle , cognitive dissonance , the importance of demographic and financial stats as well as personality types , the 10% rule etc., etc. ----Timeshare is a very unique form of sales that rewards well those who strive todevelop their knowledge skills.

Incredibly Helpful and very educational.
I was in a slump and selling very little when I found this book. After reading only half the book I sold 2 out of my next 3 tours at work. It really puts everything in perspective about timeshare selling. Best $4 ever spent. Highly recommend reading this book if you are in sales of any kind. Thank you for writing the book.

Very helpful for a new person
I am brand new to the time share field, and this book was very helpful. There were things I read that would also help someone in the field awhile. I took notes the whole time. My only criticism, I wish this book was accessible other than digital format. I have co-workers who want to read it but don't have a Kindle/ e-reader.

Greatest Read for The Industry
Well tuned in to the importance of attitude and having, and maintaining, a positive and upbeat outlook. Selling is like performing on stage, and selling timeshare is top of the class. This is a must read for anyone in, or considering, this industry.
