I like the case but it differs from the photos in that the clear front cover on my silver case came with white paint/whiteness(?) where we would normally have the non-screen areas.As my phone is black, it's silly they arbitrarily added this white detail.in the pictures, you can clearly see the samsung logo under the ear speaker. This case covers that and has no logo.Not sure why they did this but I don't like it.It is a nice case and it's the best there is out there for this phone. But between that, and the s-pen leaving marks on the front, i'm not a huge fan.i was really hoping to be.I've contacted the seller and will change this review if they can find me a case without the stupid white trim on the front. (see pic)Update 01--5-2016The seller promptly sent me a new black case. The black case still has the black area covering the black area of the phone, but at least it's black and not white.The seller didn't ask for the old case back so i put the black cover on the silver case and it looks much better.4 stars because indeed this is the best case on the market (I compared to the size of my friends non-waterproof slim case and this is slimmer). I'd normally drop the rating down because of the stupid black part of the front film but since this is indeed the best case out there and their service is top notch, 4 stars.

I purchased this case and after a couple months of normal daily use (home/office environment) I noticed the plastic on the back cover splitting from the metal, I also could not easily access my stylus from the original case. I notified the seller and I received a replacement at no cost. My replacement was aligned well enough for the stylus to come out BUT lasted about 3 months before the back plastic began to split as well. Great idea and design but waterproof is useless when holes and slits are present. I received compliments from others while in use but I would be embarrassed at the cost I paid for a few months use. end of story.

The case is extremelying sturdy. Came with an extra length of cable if your headphones cannot fit in the jack with the case. I've seen complaints about the charger not fitting, I can debunk this as I am charging it now and had no problems connecting it. For those wondering, a glass screen protector still fits under this case. I also do not have a problem removing the stylus as I've heard some people have in other reviews.However, I am not a fan of the screen protector that is made into the phone case. It feels cheap, is extremely hard to clean, and it sounds like sticky paw prints running across hardwood floors when typing.For those wondering about the waterproofing, the phone jack and charging port are merely push-in grommets. The latch for the stylus may be nice, but I give these grommets less than a month of use before I anticipate them to break. This, coupled with the tacky screen protector are the drawbacks of the case. For now, I will give it 4 stars. However if it breaks, I will be changing that decision.Final impression: A case that could be built upon by the company in the future to be better. However as it sits, not worth $59. I would say it is worth $35 to $40, as it sits now. If the company can continue to improve the design for later phones, they will produce a case worth the $59 they charge for it currently.

although i have not tested the case in water with the phone, it did stay dry with out the phone for over 10 minutes, i mainly use the case as an insurance just to be safe around possible water.the audio plug does not quite line up center with the phone, as well as the front camera is not lined up either. i have tried to adjust the phone in the case but it does not line up. i trust the case for an accidental drop in a small puddle or if it gets wet in the kitchen while cooking but i am not going to test it swimming or taking pictures under water.

Initially, I would have given this product 5 stars until this morning. I could do virtually anything with this case and not worry about my phone. I would go water skiing and did Spartan races with this in my pocket and the phone was always protected very well. Unfortunately, after having the case for 6 months, the back clear piece broke at the seams, despite all the depressions in it from use. Due to its amazing protection, I am still giving it a 3 star rating, but since the case only lasted 6 months, I was disappointed with the seam being the weak points.

Even thought the price of the case was quite high and a previous customer said the plastic cover on the back of their phone started to separate. I took a leap of faith and bought it anyway. I loved the slim look, the waterproofing, and that I could easily plug in the charger or headphones without having to take the case completely off. It also showed off the beauty of my white phone. I was very happy with my purchase until 5 months down the road the little rubber piece that protects the charging port broke off...then a month later the plastic started to break away from the back just like the previous customer's case! I decided to purchase the same case again hoping that maybe I just got a defected one. Nope! The exact same thing happened again! I bought it in June and now I'm without a phone case again. I love the look and feel of this case but I just can't seem to pay that price again for the third time...I'm really in a pickle because I desperately need a slim, waterproof case that I can access all my buttons and s pen...I can't seem to find anything close to this product but if the same thing happens a third time...I don't want to be out of another fifty nine dollars which would mean I've given this company at least 180.00 for a product that doesn't hold up!

The case it self is beautiful and does exactly as described in the sellers description of item...And time for the bad...... So the back of the Ghostek case where the camera is "protected" is higher than the bottom(charging port). That being said it doesn't take long for it to be covered in scratches leaving you only one option, to take phone out of case to take a photo.... An only to be followed up by a very very thin back panel that has also cracked along the sharp edges of the case it self...

This is the worst case I've ever owned. In less than three months it's completely destroyed and from nothing more than carrying my phone in my purse. First the rubber seals all came off in the first week. Literally just fell off. So much for being waterproof.. then the thin plastic on the back of the case cracked right open where the plastic is against the aluminum frame. This was not worth the price I paid at all, and definitely not for the short time I've had it on my phone.

Second case sent as a replacement by Ghostek also turned out to be poor quality.One of the seal covering the headphone port just broke with normal use in a month and half. Poor workmanship. Stick to lifeproof or something.Amazon on the other hand deserves 5 stars because they quickly refunded me for the bad quality products their customers get exposed to by some of their sellers unfortunately.
