The lid doesn't even close, and they expect me to take time out of my day to return it pure garbage. If I want a cheap flimsy pitcher I'd go to a dollar store.

Plastic packaging

Love the pitcher, but it came in a plastic bag which is not eco friendly like I expected. My assumption was founded on the product being marketed as an “eco friendly “ product, so I suspected the packaging would be eco friendly as well.

Pitcher is not as advertised as being a 1 gallon capacity.

Why does this say on Amazon that it is a 1 gallon pitcher? I could tell by looking at it that it is not. The info insert states that capacity is 84 oz (gallon is 128 oz) and 0.66 gallon. I purchased this pitcher because I wanted a 1 gallon pitcher. I will return it and look for another.

The item is called "Gallon Plastic Water Pitcher" but the pitcher does not hold a gallon (128 oz.). It only holds 84 oz. Very deceptive labeling... I'd give zero stars if I could.
