Good design, very convenient.
Very nicely made case. It's convenient, looks classy, and my favorite part is that the back can be pulled off to attach to the Dell keyboard easily. It makes it very easy to switch between using this tablet as a laptop and as a tablet.

Quality Product
feels and looks like a quality keyboard. Kinda pricey but it turns the tablet into a perfect laptop that gives me a lot of flexibility when i work from home. Glad i got it!

Good just not correct
It's a good keyboard but I didn't check the specs. It's for the Android. It doesn't have F keys. I don't know why Dell would do that. They could have made one keyboard for both.

It broke!
Do not buy! It does not fit the tablet as well as it should so the tablet wobbles on the keyboard and the connection goes in and out. Mine completely stopped working after about 2 months of owning it. Woukd not recommend, its only putpose now is just a kickstand.

Spiffy keyboard turns Dell Venue 10 into a mini Android laptop
The reason you'd get this keyboard instead of pairing the Dell tablet with one of many Bluetooth keyboards and Bluetooth mice is integration, convenience and looks. This keyboard is quite obviously a 100% match in all respects for the tablets it's made for and will look very nice in any business or leisure setting. With this keyboard you also don't need an easel type case to prop up the tablet for use on a desk. This completely compatible keyboard fits only the Dell Venue 10 type tablets. The connection style appears to be hard wired through metal contacts on the keyboard and the tablet that meet and create an electrical connection, and is not wireless Bluetooth. The gadget on this keyboard that latches onto the tablet is a stub that sticks out from the hinge along the back of the keyboard. You simply tilt the stub straight up for ease of access (the hinge is VERY tight - it has to support the tablet's weight), push your tablet's bottom edge onto the stub until it clicks along the entire length, and you're set.On the plus side, the functionality itself is exactly what you'd expect from a laptop keyboard. The keyboard unit itself is heavy for its size, so it matches the tablet in heft and solid feeling.... the build quality feels excellent, very "old school". The keyboard has a small mouse cursor area. The reason I dinged the keyboard to three stars is that I'm not convinced that the latching mechanism will be that long lasting.. and if it ever breaks, there goes your keyboard... for the price paid you'd just toss the keyboard, not repair it. The latch is two very tiny metal teeth at each end that secure the screen to the keyboard. Even with normal and very careful use, I found that one end will often partially pop off and show a gap between the stub and the tablet's bottom edge, instead of an even line - the keyboard retains electrical contact and everything still works, but obviously all of the mechanical stress is now taken up by the remaining latch tooth when that occurs.I recommend this keyboard, as long as you're duly informed on what you are getting, how it works, and its potential vulnerability.
