Probably not. This version only stretches the cervical vertebrae in the neck. There is a version that has an additional lower segment that might work, but I have not tried it.

Q: The heading says model 1000 and shows the chin strap. the product description says model 1100s kit 1. which is it? i don't want it if no chinstrap

It's the 1100-S. The strap goes around the forehead. It holds the head in place well.
