Great product. Everything from KOS is amazing. Halfway through bottle and can see changes, losing body fat and tining muscle. Not a quick fix, still need to eat healthy and exercise, this is a great addition to my health plan.

These are fantastic. Easy to swallow. No side effects. These paired with a healthy diet I've lost 20 pounds in 1 month.

So far I have only felt less bloated and have had no negative side effects. Will definitely be reordering

I loved it!!! I’ve taken CLA about 10 years ago and it worked well for me then. I haven’t tried it since then. I recently looked for it just to see if there was a plant based CLA (because my diet has changed over the years). I was pleasantly surprised to find this product. When I first tried it, it curved my appetite almost immediately. It is a wonderful aid to my continued pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.

Top notch CLA supplement. Gelcaps are easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any stomach issues. Quality packaging as well.

I am on a keto diet and bought this with KOS berry engery booster. I took both for 1.5 weeks and they didn’t work. Felt no and didn’t any change. Which sucks because I was looking forward to taking both these products with all the benefits that it offered.

In general, it's difficult to review supplements and to know whether any perceived benefits are "in my head" or are real physiological effects. During the past two years, I've come to like KOS products, in particular the mushroom and greens powders I can add to my morning frozen fruit/meal-replacement shake. I admit that I remain skeptical about using CLA as an effective weight-management tool. The results of studies I've read on CLA are mixed, but mostly state that the benefits are less wow than advertised. However, my experience with this CLA supplement so far has been mildly positive. I feel hungry less frequently and, although I consume the same diet, I am likely to eat less. Unfortunately, KOS doesn't state the type of CLA in this product (or at least I was unable to find it). The two types I've read about in studies (9-CLA and 10-CLA), both extracted from safflower oil, and each has a different effect physiologically. For one example, 10-CLA can have an adverse effect on insulin resistance and even lead to type 2 diabetes. So I am using this product with caution and keeping an eye on factors other than weight-loss and general energy levels.

This has definitely helped me to drop some weight, and maintain it. The taste isn’t bad and I’m not a pill person. KOS products are amazing!!
