Is this save for fish?

Suggest checking with a pet store: might be ok for salt water, not sure about fresh water. Don’t recall if they have a coating, or were totally natural, so that might natter.

What’s the quantity?

I could not guess, as we used these 2 years ago, however, they came in a little ziplock baggie that was approximately 2"x3" (*if I remember correctly) and they are really small, so a lot of them fit in the baggie. We had approximately 60 kids doing a small craft with them and still have leftovers.

Would this be fish tank save?

Not sure- I used them decoratively- would check with a pet store, whether safe for both fresh and salt water tanks.

Are there predrilled holes in these for stringing jewelry?

No there aren’t pre-drilled holes. The shells were also very dirty and ugly.
