Can I order the video and instructions for the reaction ball?

I see that the headband adjusts to as big as 26”, but how small can it get?

The entire headband measures 25 1/2". It has 6" of velcro on one end, 4" on the other. It can get ad small as 17".

Do the strings get twisted where you need to wait for them to unwind after a few hits?

No not at all. Just one sting. Fun workout.

Can i order just the novice ball?

Unfortunately no. It comes as part of a set.
