Pretty decent tail light
The media could not be loaded. This product is sold under numerous brand names a few of which I have so this review is duplicated across each of them. It's a pretty good light for only being 250mAh but as such it lacks power. For contrast I have included pics with a 650mAh LED light I also use. In the first pic I have both turned on with the 250 on top. The 2nd pic is 650 only and the 3rd Pic is the 250 only. You can tell the difference but only moderately so. I plan to use both in tandem anyway plus a light on the back of my helmet. If they don’t see me they ain’t lookin’! I attached it directly under the seat using the included bracket and wire ties...one on each side using the slots in the bracket. Kit also comes with 2 sizes of rubber bands to use with a 2nd bracket which you would use on the seat post itself. The light twists on and off these brackets to access the charging port at the rear. You will want to be careful when handling as it's all cheap plastic though the light itself has a metal housing. A short USB charging cable rounds out the kit. Modes are: Solid red ring, blinking red ring, alternate blinking red/blue (video), alternate multi colored rings and blinking red partial ring. Visibility was fine using all modes; I will most likely stick with blinking full red or alternate red/blue as those seem to pop the most. I’ve been hit from behind at high speed on a motorcycle so I’m a big believer in plenty of lights. You could get by with just this light or use two like me; add a front lamp and you're in business.

Design needs improvement
In theory it's nice, but I have another smart tail light on a bike that's better, this one you have to take it off your bike remove a piece off the back to change, my other one you never have to take it off the bike which could cause you to forget it. I should've taken it out of the box sooner but I was waiting for my bikes spring tune up and spring temps to stabalize on weekends. My other one has more options for mounting, in addition to under seat and seat post my other one can mount on the bracket on my rear rack, which was what I had planned to do with it after mounting this one to my seat. I'm probably give it to someone since I waited too long to open it to return it, because really if I have to take it apart partially to charge I might as well go with one that has batteries.

Not As Bright As I Thought, But Good Overall
This light is cool. I like the look of it and the range of flashing options. I ride primarily during the day during the warmer months, so this is really just to maybe catch the eyes of drivers coming up behind me. It's not that bright during the day. I think it's partially because of the clear lens and white background. I haven't ridden with it at night, but tried it out in the house and it was very bright. I think for riding at night this would be more than effective! The battery seems good. I fully charged it, rode for 2-3 hours with it on, let it sit for a week and it still shows four lights worth of charge (there are four blue LEDs around the power/function button to indicate charge level - 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%). I'll update this review if I notice a significant change in battery stamina. It comes with a few different mounting options that should suit just about any location on your bike. And, because it's a circle design, so long as it point straight back the orientation of the mount doesn't matter much.Overall, I think it's a good product for the price.
