Q: Can this be used to print family pictures to be framed, also photos you'ld like to use for refrence when painting? Thanks.

The first paper I bought was thick like a heavy business card and it was wonderful for crafts, cards, photos,etc. (it only has 50 sheets) I made the mistake of ordering the 100 pack and it is nothing more than a high priced printer paper for printing letters or college reports etc. Hope this helps you.

I use it for graphics only. It is a little bit on the yellow side to be honest and its only one sided. I really prefer the STAPLES brand (Matte Brochure paper) which is coated on both sides and is brighter white. I think either would be fine for photos. Staples does not sell this paper online (makes no sense) but its always in stock when I go in there. Hope this helps

Q: What are the curing instructions? I want to use this to make small art stickers (I have a Xyron sticker maker) but don't want the ink to smudge.

I use this paper for all my work photos. I take them right out of the printer (ink-jet) and have never had a smear. I do protect them for a few minutes. But no smearing after thousands of pages of photos. Should not be a problem!

Q: Are these factory sealed packages. i need a bright white pricing surface. i usually buy the 11x17 b size and trim it. is this the same surface?

I buy and use both sizes and they have the same printing quality. You don't need to buy the 11.5 x 17 B and cut it down. Just get the size you need. The 8.5 x 11 epson presentation matte paper has the same surface. When printing with it remember to tell your computer what type of paper you're using so that it will print slower and give you the quality that you want. I hope this helps you.
