They work and are very strong for being plastic. They are too small for standard paracord though. I bought mine for a lanyard that I already have. Normally you would just run the paracord through the hole and tie a knot, but once you tie a knot in the paracord it will not fit inside the connector. I had to put the end of the paracord in a vice and pull the knot as tight as I could before forcing the knot inside the connector with a tweaker. If you get these, I would suggest crimping a grommet or something onto the paracord instead of tying a knot. Product still works which is why I still gave it three stars.

Takes more than a few pounds of force to open these. They are very tight and stiff. Tried to pop each one open many times but they are still much too tight. Does not work for my purposes. If you want stiff connections, these are good. If you want something that will open easily, look elsewhere.

I should have listened to the reviews, they are pretty useless. I could barely close them and once they were closed they were almost impossible to get open again.

Prefect for my granddaughters lanyards.

I ordered the set of 20 which came with 30 male ends and only 10 female ends completing only 10 sets. The rest were worthless

Very useful. Holds tight until you need it not to. Works well. Easy to use. Have it attached to my neck knife, with testing it holds well and pops with decent tension so won't be a safety problem. Very happy with these.
