Buyer Beware!!

I opened my Amazon-shipped GPS (LK106) yesterday and can tell you this is NOT easy to set up. Instructions were written by a Chinese IT geek not familiar with the concept of "user friendly and tested" instructions. The enclosed instruction sheet does not state that a sim card is required even if you do not use the telephonic function...nor does it state which specific sim card(s) are needed. I am still ,after 24 hours, still wading through the instructions that are separate for each function that are not explained as to purpose or utility each function.Customer service for this unit is not clearly stated....not sure there is such for an English-speaking user. Amazon did not do us favors by pawning this off on U.S. customers! Kind of a joke really....buyer beware unless you are a geek too! I am poised to return this puppy for a garmin....what was I thinking?....oh yes, now I recall...AMAZON did not state it was a Chinese produced and distributed product!!!!
