Taking the recommended dosage on the bottle, 3 a day. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.Day 1: No visual improvementDay 2: Less redness around affected areasDay 3/4: These days were when I truly noticed the biggest improvement with my skin. Less redness I have had in years! The pimples/sores I have on my legs have become dramatically less sore and tender. Before they would get agitated and hurt with being rubbed against my pants with simply walking.Day 5/6/7: Better improvement with each day. Barley no redness around affected areas. This is my first review on Amazon on any product - so thats saying something.Ive been looking for a skin supplement that is reasonable price. So I decided to give this a try. I have a history of severe cystic acne a few years ago, but I still have some small breakouts every now and then. And the annoying big pores on my t zone that has chronic black/white heads super noticeable.Since taking them for almost a month - I've seen a drastic change on my pores deep set pores. Minimized so much that it solved chronic whiteheads. It didn't see so much in my completion, since I still have some breakouts here and there - but not as severe as before. But like every suppliment - you need to be taking them every day to see any changes.All in all, my skin became about 70 percent noticeable after a month and hopefully will improve more over time. Definitely worth a try for the price.

I've never really had acne before until about a year ago. All of sudden, I was a constant pimply mess. I have a healthy diet, I drink a lot of water, so getting acne when I was no longer a teen didn't really make sense. Even topical prescription creams weren't helping. The only logical explanation was that it's hormonal acne -- something that's very very hard to get rid of. Hormonal acne needs to be targeted from the inside out, and I didn't want to take hormone pills as they have many side effects, and so I figured I'd give TreeActiv a try! Everything's natural, which I love, and it makes me feel a lot better about taking a supplement. I'm on my second month with these pills, but I noticed my acne cleared up significantly after about two weeks. Of course I have been taking them in combination with daily cleansing and moisturizing, and weekly deep cleansing, but skincare is a given for anyone with acne. There's no magic pill out there yet, but these certainly do come close.Other reviewers mentioned the taste of the pills; they do have a little bit of a funny taste, but if you take them with a flavored drink or smoothie, you don't even notice it.

UPDATED!!! I used to love these pills, but I cannot even stand to open the bottle now that they have changed to the capsule form. They smell SO SO horrible, they made my whole house stink when I opened them. I decided to try them, and... this is so gross, but you will end up burping and tasting that horrible stench that the pills smell of. PLEASE BRIG BACK THE OLD TABLETS!!!Previous Review:I am loving this product so far. Been using it one week, and it has helped my skin so much. I had changed my diet, stopped using my old facial products, and started drinking more water, but nothing was working! Now that I have been taking this, I have seen a huge difference in my skin. I was dealing with painful and ugly, cystic acne on my chin and I had a new one about every other day... I have only had about 1-2 small zits since I started using this 10 days ago. Those zits were small, and cleared up quickly and easily. The scars from my old pimples are still there but it's definitely so much better than it was before!! I'm so happy to have found something natural, that actually works! I'm very happy with this product!!!I highly recommend trying it! I really like that the bottle says they will continue to let you try their products at no cost until you find one that works for you too!!

I've only been using it for a week and so far haven't had any major changes. However, it's getting into that time of the month where my acne would start to severely flare up and I would get two or three big cystic pimples, and I don't have any as of right now. The pimples I had before I took these vitamins are still on my face but I guess they aren't as bad as before. I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen in the remaining month. I just really want clear skin so I'm not so insecure anymore.
