Please help! Backwards numbering?
I think I am going nuts, the numbering on the right/rear shifting is completely backwards. 1 is on 7th gear and vise versa. I have put on a lot of shifters and derailleurs, what am I missing?! Other than that, these are working great. Please help!

Great brake + shifter combo set, reliable, compact and feature rich.
Great brake + shifter combo set.Shifts smooth, easy to choose single or multi gear jump, ergonomics for hands are great, saves space on the handlebar and best yet easy to read... Important as some shifters expect us older guys to still have eagle eyes.

Outstanding quality, sutprising!
I am always amused when reading product reviews because no matter what the product is there is always going to be somebody testifying that the product is cheap, poorly made, or doesn’t work. Whatever. I have put on untold thousands of miles on bicycles and have used the best and most expensive equipment available. These little shifters are dirt cheap but I am a astonished at how well they work and they are solid and well-made. Unless of course you plan to be abusing them in which case perhaps you should get the ones made of cast iron, or maybe take up another sport. I love these and I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

They function
Used these to replace the old twist grips on my bike. Installation went okay considering there's no instructions. It would have been really nice if the one for the rear derailleur had an adjuster at the top just like the one on the left shifter does. It does not always line up when shifting up or down and I don't know if that's just the quality of the shifter or if the rear derailleur is showing its age. The biggest irritation is the number indicator on there is backwards. The top trigger downshifts going you downshift all the way it says it's in seventh gear. Which is also backwards from my other bikes.I would return them and get something different but to be honest I don't really want to go through and reset up everything right now. And for the 20 bucks I'll just eat it and change them out later.

Easy and inexpensive solution to fixing an old bike
I was happy to be able to spend so little and revive my bike, as the old shifter was totally stuck and not working. It's a great alternative to taking it to the shop to fix the problem. They'll probably would end up replacing it any way. It would be icing on the cake if they included the break / shifter wire end crimps with this product too, as you most likely have to cut the wire and need to crimp the end to make sure it doesn't fray and come apart.

Nice replacement for the twist shifter
Hated the twist shifters on my bike wanted paddle shifters but didn't want to spend lots of money so I gave these a shot...they work well most of the time setting them up was pretty easy... sometimes it does get stuck on a certain gears but I honestly think it's my fault or a semi bent derailer I'm not a bike mechanic but none the less they work well and are affordable
