Miracle Noodles make for so many noodle dishes if made the correct way!
I really like that these Miracle Noodles made with Kojic Acid powder can be kept in a pantry with dry goods until opened and then refrigerated which is so convenient! I realize the taste may be a little bitter if made wth directions on box and not put into a sauce that overpowers the Kojic Acid ingredient! There are approximately 5 calories per serving which I wouldn't believe it if I didn't know and under 1 carb! WOW! OMG of sodium and fat! The value for the money is great because it lasts for so long like a canned goods but in a bag that recloses if you like but I always recommend and personally use the whole container with Tupperware that closes well in the refrigerator after cooking this correctly (not following the instructions 100%)Here are my fool proof instructions so you have noodles in your fridge to make however you see fit:1. Open the bag of noodles and keep rinsing in a colander (small enough so the noodles don't sink through the holes) as many times as you can until the smell dissipates!2. Use a clean rag/dish towel that won't leave lint on your freshly washed/rinsed noodles and dry them as MUCH as you can!3. Spray cookware with any baking oil like avocado spray oil, EVOO oil, or whatever U choose...Place these on ideally a cast iron skillet, a wok to distribute heat evenly, or a non stick pan but be careful of micro plastics (they make liners 4 non-stick pans) on a medium to high temp and then lower it to medium (turn your vent over oven on)4. Use tongs that won't scratch up your pan to toss the noodles around until the noodles turn white!5. When the noodles turn white they're READY and get the pan off heat! Place these in a bowl and pour into a good Tupperware for a later dish such as a peanut Thai dish which could be made when hot, add a peanut sauce of your own (they make low sugar ones) add some cilantro fresh, fresh lime, ginger, garlic whatever protein you choose making sure it's cooked thoroughly and clean/sanitize the area where you cut that meat 100%, wash hands with disinfecting soap, and toss it in the pan of your choose where the noodles are in! You can cut fresh veggies or buy a frozen stir fry mix! The aromas will be intoxicatingly delightful in your home! Again, the texture of the noodles will hold up!6. You can even use these plain with no/low sodium bone broth and adjust your sodium level or use NuSalt! The noodles will hold up for days! Trust Me! I have tried this a plenty!Whatever you choose, a chili lime sauce, just make these awesome Miracle Noodles your own and enjoy them! Even pad Thai! Yummy!Little tip if you make the peanut noodles...add PB Fit 2 light powder to soak up liquid and to make the texture a little elevated or make your own sauce with peanut butter, PBFit regular or light, honey or monk fruit and something a little spicy if you like ONLY! Then U made your own sauce from scratch! If you love cilantro, add it like ME. If not, there are MANY herbs. Even garnish this with parsley and nobody (even just U) will know just how healthy it is! Adding tofu, chicken, plant based grilled chicken, steak, whatever protein of your choice! Edamame makes a good pairing and you can definitely make wraps with these easily (lettuce or white rice paper) and add whatever veggies & protein you want! Yummy! I always try to have a staple of these on hand! The ones that are already refrigerated cost a tad less because their expiration date is so much less than these Miracle Noodles!

Good alternative pasta
Miracle glass noodles. Precooked. On a healing GI DR Gundry's diet. Minimal calories (5). Excellent substitute to grain pasta. Takes on flavor of additive.

takes a bit to adjust to the noodles
if you can digest this noodle then it works fine as a substitue spaghetti . it takes time to get adjusted to the texture. would have preferred to buy them cheaper from Costco, but that wasn't an option this time around.

DOESN'T taste like noodle at all!!
It is bad. doesn't even taste like noodle. the texture is like some kind of flexible veggie

Just Okay
These noodles didn't taste bad but they don't have the same exact texture as regular spaghetti noodles. They had a bit of a rubber like texture. Also, these noodles are expensive for what you're getting.

10 cal per pouch. And does not need to be refrigerated
No, this isn't pasta. BUT, it has decent mouth feel and texture so that with roasted vege's thrown in with a LITTLE (1 tsp) truffle oil, or asian cooking sauce, it's very satisfying. Have eaten a bunch with no digestive issues so far, so bought a mess more. The price on Amazon is on par with Walmart, if you can ever find it.
