My husband and I LOVE these hats! We wear them every day as we walk in the brutal midday sun in Hawaii. When one finally wore out, GearTop replaced it with no hassles despite my requests which they could have refused (and I suspect most vendors would). Buy these hats!

Well made. I bought this for Puerto Rico and Belize to keep the sun off my face. I now use it back home instead of my ball cap because it has better coverage from the sun. I have had many compliments and have seen many people wearing the same hat. Plus, the chin strap keeps the hat on during windy days. I can't tell you how many times I've had to chase my ball caps. I lost one ball cap off a jeep during a tour in the Bahamas.

Quality seems OK- this hat runs small, even though it is a one-size-fits-all. I never thought I had a big head- but I cannot wear it, had to give to my 8 year old granddaughter.

The perfect sun hat. Keeps the sun off my face and neck. It is very comfortable to wear and with the chin strap the hat stays on even in a stiff breeze.

This is my THIRD hat I have purchased from you. I LOVE the new features! The drawstring to ensure tight head fit, the wider/stiffer brim is better for the sun, and the new hidden pocket for ID or possibly an ice pack is ingenious. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will continue to purchase this hat. I lost one but still have the second one I purchased. It's perfectly good but got a stain for I wanted a new one. I'm so glad I did because of the new features!

This has a nice, wide brim, folds up nicely and is lightweight. I specifically wanted a chin strap so I didn't lose it if the wind kicked up. I purchased a cheaper one and it was ok, but did not have the coverage of this one and it felt cheap. I like this one so much better.

I love the hat which boasts a lifetime warranty. However, when I had an issue, as in the chin strap came undone from the hat band on one side, I discovered Amazon sold the hat "directly from Amazon Retail". The manufacturer says this means the order number is not in their system.This is the second time I've ordered a product from Amazon, only to discover the product warranty is not honored by the manufacturer. Frankly, this seems like a dishonest trade practice. I should not have to investigate the supply chain procedure before I buy something from the retailer.I am going to think twice before purchasing from Amazon again.Update: the manufacturer honored their warranty in spite of the issue with Amazon. They are sending me a new one! I love the hat; it's lightweight, has a hidden zippered compartment in the crown, is adjustable and offers plenty of sun protection.

Thanks to the wide brim, this hat provides great protection/shade from the Sun! Face, head, and back of neck covered, but your head can still breathe (venting on top)!!!! Coloring (Khaki) is nice and deep and it’s a good quality material; very sturdy. Even with it being sturdy, you can still fold it in half. And finally, it’s very light on your head and easy to keep secure with the string (also sturdy)!! One last pro for me is the fact that you can snap the brim up for different looks! I would definitely recommend and will probably purchase a few more colors!
