The taste is horrid but it will knock a cold or anything right out of you. It’s a holy grail item.

This is my go to vitamins. I have been taking it for 6yrs.daily. It’s expensive, but I keep on taking it with out fail. It’s helping my body.

UPDATED REVIEWI've been taking this again for 3 days in a row and I've not had any nausea symptoms (empty stomach). I add this to about 1-2 oz of OJ and then after I take it like a shot lol, I take another 1-2 oz of orange juice. I can't speak to the benefits of it just yet, but if they are noticeable I will do another updated review. I will be purchasing this again, and taking it every day.ORIGINAL REVIEWThe taste is horrible so I tried adding it to orange juice vs water. That solved the issue but it's super hard to swallow something with the consistently of mucus, bleh! Even so, the reason for my one star rating is because it's leaves me feeling nauseous. It's been a couple hours and I still feel that way. Because it's so expensive I will try taking it on a full stomach next time. Very disappointed. I really wanted the benefit of this type of absorption vs. pill form.
