2 pack, does this mean 4 total filters?

I am sorry, no. The pack contains two filters only.

How does it seal around a beard? I dont have a big bushy beard but i do have facial hair and some masks are uncomfortable.

OSHA requires clean shaven, but some reviews suggest these work well with a small beard.

What is the difference between these(spr321) and the spr449 or spr450?

The SPR321 is the replaement P100 filter for the GVS Elipse masks. The SPR449 is the S/M size nuisance odor mask and the SPR450 is the replacement cartridge. The nuisance odor mask and filters are P100's with a charcoal back to remove any unpleasant smells.

Are the spr321 and spr450 interchangeable? will they both fit the spr457?

it says they both fit the P100...one is more for odor filtration i think

I can breath in the apocolypse!

Fits the mask

Fits perfectly (on what I believe is the Miller) half mask. I use this mask while under the hood welding to do my best to keep some of the particulates and smoke out. I know there are better masks and filter systems for gas and the like but this has visibly kept something out of my lungs because I have replaced the filters.
