Handy tool for making gyoza, although I prefer the handcrimped moon shape over the pressed "ravioli" shape this makes. You cannot add very much filling as it will squash out the seams if you overfill it. Still, a whole lot easier than handmade if you want to make a bunch quickly or have kids/husband help you!

I bought this for my mom who sometimes makes dumplings at home. She is very happy with it. The price is so low and I first had a doubt. But.... it is now one of the best tools in her kitchen. Your dumplings will look very neat and professional with this. I highly recommend it.

This broke the first time I used it. The hinges were too insubstantial to hold up. I have still been able to use it despite its being broken, but I was very disappointed.

This really helped out when I make Gyoza! It takes far less time to make them. Great price as well.
