I was so excited about receiving this product. I've tried hopelessly to get my kid to swallow the pill and powder forms of probiotics and every time the ordeal turned into an enormous battle of the wills. I'm still amazed at what kids can taste inside of their juice and how enteric coated pills leave an aftertaste...Clearly, I needed this product. When I opened the package, we opened them right away. The mild fruity smell was pleasant and immediately had my daughter's interest. She bit into the first chewy and her eyes lit up. I couldn't believe it! She was holding her hand out for another.I began consuming the product along with my daughter, just to compare them to some of the more expensive products available. Surprisingly, I have noticed a difference in bowel movements and our overall health. I'm not saying that other factors such as diet and exercise haven't also contributed, but I feel this product delivers what it says it does. I've consumed almost every standard health food store variety of probiotics and this one holds up to the best.Rainbow Light has really done an excellent job at creating a product that's not only affordable, healthful and palatable, but actually works! Believe me, these chewy little gummies are so delicious that you'll find yourself hitting the jar for a fix. My daughter now argues about taking more than the daily recommended dosage. I doubt it's harmful to eat more than a couple at a time, but it does harm the wallet!

I ordered an expensive, more comprehensive brand of probiotic, thinking I could take it, along with my husband and daughter. Ha ha. The bottle said clearly (once I had purchased it) that it was ONLY for adults.Wondering what I would give our daughter, I ordered these. Wonders never cease. She has been less sick.And let me just say this: They taste fantastic. I am not kidding. They might as well be candy.There's more: A few days ago I was miserably sick. It was my fault, I ate some salad that was left out overnight. I had to leave home and I forgot the expensive probiotics (which have to stay in the fridge, and which I forget to take). Well, I took 2 of these (which is when I found out my kid was right, these are delicious) and my stomach sickness almost ceased. I took one more the next day and the food poisoning or whatever (trust me, it was bad...I stayed near the bathroom wherever I was) and IT WAS GONE.Good stuff

my (now 4) grandson has had problems pooping for a very long time. since he was around 22 months old. hard hard stools and BIG! when he is with me, usually two to four days weekly, he gets plenty of fiber and fluids. i finally HAD it with his suffering and ordered this probiotic. SO HAPPY I DID!!!!! he takes only one every morning and it has changed his life completely. he NO longer avoids the "deed" because he knows it will hurt. his stools are soft and he goes every day, sometimes twice. what a difference it's made in his happiness. he looks forward to taking it, it tastes good and REALLY WORKS!! i do recommend it for any child who has similar issues. GREAT PRODUCT!!

I have been giving these to my daughter for years (she's 18 now) to help with her gastric issues and as long as she takes them, she has no problems with going. They taste better than a gummy bear to me.

WARNING: THE SELLER I ORDERED THROUGH WAS INCREDIBLY SLOW. IT TOOK A MONTH TO RECIEVE MY ORDER, NO LIE. I won't ever order through them again. EVER.That being said, I'm not going to bash the actual product because it is actually really good. Tastes so good, like candy (so be sure to put out of reach of small children of course). My only problem with probiotics, esp ones that you can't break open and test, are that you never know if they're actually active cultures like they claim to be. One can only hope. These are a bit pricier than I'd like so because of that and the slow transit time I have begun buying  Nature's Way - Primadophilus For Kids/Cherry, 80 mg, 30 chewable tablets  from instead. My kids like them too so there's no problem there. I did like that you didn't have to refrigerate these.

We LOVE these! We've been using these on and off for the past year. Previous to these we were using a powder but I felt it was messier and more work and I'd forget to give it to my kids. I have 3 kids under 12 and they really like these. I've noticed they get less sick even when all their classmates are coming down with something. It doesn't prevent everything but gut health is critical to fighting off germs! I suspect my youngest has some very mild gluten intolerance. If we forget to stay on a regular probiotic schedule with him he's cranky, has more meltdowns and bathroom issues. I've even taken one or two of these for a sour stomach and it's resolved within about 30 minutes. Great to know it's not filled with sugar and food dyes too.

I have had a difficult time getting my 4 yr old to not be afraid of pooping in the potty. Ever since underwear, he has held in his poops and would either sneak a pullup or leave a small amount in his underwear before I would make him sit on the potty and go. After a year+ of this, I got a book called It hurts when I poop, which did help my son be more comfortable trying to go, but the premis of the book is that most of the time a kid holds poops in because their diet makes their poop hard. Well, even though we don't eat perfect here, I knew that wasn't really the problem. So I started googling again and saw that probiotics help with your digestive regularity. These were my first choice since they didn't need to be refridgerated and were rated highly. At first I gave them to my son every once in a while and thought they weren't working, but after telling my son they would help make his poops softer and easier to come out and giving them daily, he all of the sudden poops every day instead of once or twice a week! And I don't have to force him! I can't imagine that would have just happened. So now that he is used to pooping I give them only a few times a week and he'still good to go...poop that is :P I'll note, I do as well give fiber gummies to all of my kids as a bonus, but it wasn't until these probiotics that it helped my son not to hurt when he pooped.
