AMAZING
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this in October of 2024 and I am now out of all of it as of June 2025. This stuff works phenomenally. I bought this in hopes of getting dread locs by the end of it but decided to go back shorter again instead. Please purchase this, the growth was INSANEEEE. Of course this doesn’t seem like a lot of growth to someone with straight hair so I also added a picture of my hair straightened that was March 29th

Help with hair & nails
I have been using Nutricost Biotin for over a year. It has helped with hair thinning and strengthen my nails.

Seems to help fingernails that were split.
In the clinical trial I conducted (n = 1), this product seemed to help address the problem of splitting fingernails. However, a confounding variable was introduced when my wife stabilized my nails with clear nail polish.Relative contributions of these two "treatments" are not quantifiable. Be that as it may, my nails are healthier.
