I like the product just the handle seems a little loose at times when hot

used for my thick coarse hair as well as for my granddaughter. What i dont like is when i'm using it the buttons are sensitive to touch therefore im not aware that its off but its a good tool.

I do not like this product. I tried it. I thought the temp got up to 392. But when I tried it and read the instructions it only gets to 200. My hair needs a higher temp.

The comb itself works well and gets hot quickly. The downside is that the cord is really short, approximately 3ft long. As a cosmetologist this is an inconvenience.

Idk how this works on natural hair, but this has worked on all my texture wigs including kinky straight. I likey
