This is a great pump. Very versatile. Works flawlessly and has no issue acquiring or maintaining WiFi connection.

Nano is the best
I love this nano. It moves water at the speed and cycle I want. It is very low noise, east to set up and use, good quality. I’ve had mine now for about 3 months and it has done great and keeps on moving water. Great product. Hooked it and AI light to the AI app and they are both on the same system. Full control.

Works great when it works
Update: The new one only lasted a week before it died. Exact same problem as the first one where it gave me an error saying its jammed. I pulled it apart and cleaned it and there was nothing there for it to be caught up on. I did a soft reset and it didn't work. I did a hard reset and it didn't work. I made sure it had all its firmware updates and still nothing. I was very disappointed in this product. When it was working for the short time, it was a great pump and it looked good in the tank with the low profile. But I can't trust this product any longer.Original: Bought this and installed it in my cichlid tank. Worked great for about 3 weeks and just stopped. I went through all the troubleshooting steps and then noticed a lot of people in the reviews were having the same problem. This is very poor quality control from a company that should know better. Luckily I was still within my exchange window and returned it for another. So far the new one is working great, but I have my doubts on how long it will last.

DEFINITELY A BANG FOR YOUR BUCKS!!
If big things does indeed come in small packages then the Nero3 is a perfect example.I have to say though that the AI app didn't work for me, i had to switch to Mobius which worked like a charm. This lil guy does move 2000G's for real so the best option for me is random flow to avoid blasting corals.I absolutely recommend this pump for tanks up to 100G

Originally Bummed...All good now
Bought two pumps. Both pumps ran for 30sec then died. Tried hard reset, nothing. Amazon is replacing defective units. Power supply connections seem a little loose on both.Update: got the two replacements. Each one started up perfect, effortlessly paired to my phone, and were super easy to program. Adding 3 more stars.

Product is fine. But this was definitely open box.
The product shipped to me without question had previously been out of the box. Packaging was not “factory”. Would not likely buy from the same seller.
