Nice product, and easy to handle.

Not a good product, broke in pieces after an year of use. While handles last for many years this is not sturdy at all. We are very careful with our things. My husband bumped his arm while going inside the room and the handle broke into pieces. Imagine the quality of a metal handle that can break like this.

The product is sturdy and good looking which it should be according to the price. However, the rating is more for customer service as that is way better than other brands. After a very long time I have come across such customer service. While struggling with Samsung for their wrong diagnosis and incorrect part replacement this customer service experience was truly phenomenal.
