If you are looking for a high fiber, low sugar cereal this is a great choice. This arrived on Mother's Day so I had cereal for breakfast. I drizzled a little honey on it and poured on some whole milk. With the honey it was perfectly sweet. I will say this is very crunchy and does take a strong jaw to chew it. It has quinoa, millet, spelt, barley, oat and wheat in it so very filling. The expiration date was all the way out to November 2025! Everything arrived in great condition and I am very happy with this cereal as it tastes delicious and is very nourishing.~The Rebecca Review

This is about the only cold cereal that our family will eat. It is wonderfully crunchy, even after it's been sitting in milk for a while. Wonderfully healthy and organic and it is a troika of good things all put in the same box!

I've been buying this cereal in the two-pound bags from my local grocer, but there was always a freshness issue after the bag was open for more than 10 days or so. When I saw this product was available at a very good price, I jumped at the opportunity and bought multiple boxes.The product was very fresh and had a good taste with a nice texture and crunch. I'm a bit disappointed, though, that the sugar content has been creeping up over the past 3-4 years. It's still a five-star product, but if the sugar level increases again, I'll be looking for something else.

I'm so glad I found these, they have fully made it into my cereal rotation every month or so. It is one of the only healthier cereals you can buy in a large box! They do a good job of keeping you full. Love the taste and texture, and the price is good too.

Good value for the money we will buy it again.- Sugar added is not a good source of healthy meals or in cereals. We are avoiding sugar and bad cholesterol and engineering products👈We’ve ordered this cereal after looking online for good nutritious snacks cereals with good ingredients. Our order came on time and in good shape even thought the manufacturers box is been smashed- the cereal is is tasty- with very low amount of sugar described in the box. For people with braces like me should let the cereal soak in milk for a few minutes.Good thing that the rest of our order is in good shape. 🤓

I love the flavor and the nutrition and the fiber content the freshness of this cereal with my 2% milk and maybe some time with some fruit very good. Very good snack.
