I love this. I was highly recommended by my midwives for also having a strain to prevent GBS, so I switched to it from the vH Essentials Probiotics with Prebiotics when I was 7 months pregnant. I had been taking the vH Essentials for 2 years as a preventative measure, because I used to get UTIs at least 2-3 times a year. It worked, but sometimes I would still notice my "smell" changing or things feeling mildly dry or irritated. On this, no GBS, and I'm balanced. I took 2 a day during the last trimester of pregnancy and through the first month postpartum, and continue to take 1 daily.My menses returned at 19 months PP, but I am still UTI- and odor-free, no days of dryness or irritation. I also love that this is so much smaller and with no filler strains.

For some reason as I got older I became prone to more yeast infections , medication and diet change alone was not doing the trick. I turned to internet research for help and kept hearing great reviews for this product. After the positive reviews i decided to order this product through Amazon as it was a good deal . Tried out the product for a couple weeks and to my surprise no more yeast infections !! It also ladies cover your ears gives you that extra moist feeling down in the “ V”. Tmi my and hubby have not needed lube since this product. I ordered the product again to replenish my stash but unfortunately it was opened already when I got it, which Amazon corrected and gave me a credit to my account but I definitely will be back to order more of this awesome probiotic, also interested in their other products . So far, so good! Really tired of getting bladder or yeast infections due to age, hormonal changes. I like these and will continue to take. No stomach upset, easy to swallow and use daily.

28 days in and ph imbalance issues are nonexistent. I noticed a difference after 1 week. I used to use boric acid after my period to help with ph balance/odor issues but I just ended it and I was 100% fresh (this is after taking them for about 20 days). Discharge texture is normal, healthy, and has no smell. I also noticed I get and stay wet longer during intercourse. Tiny pill, easy to swallow. Bottle packaging is discreet, looks like regular probiotics. Everyone’s body is different but one thing that is true for everyone is that consistency = results. I take it every morning. I love these, will purchase again.
