This product helps give me that boost of energy in the morning. I used to drink soda or an energy drink every morning. Now I take the recommended amount of this Forkskolin instead. I get my boost, and I am not getting the calories and sugars from the soda! I have been taking this for about a month now, and can honestly say that I have lost ten pounds! That was with out changing my exercise regimen. I did try to make healthier choices eating, and succeeded to some extent.
