This pill box is very sturdy. The lids of the pods stay closed when they are in my pocket. I haven't dropped it yet, but so far the case itself stays closed very well. It is well designed.It organizes my pills quite well and it is big enough to fit the pills that I take each time per day.I love the design. The pods inside are great for putting in my pocket so I have my midday pills with me. Also, the pods fit in upside down in the case so I can "check off" the days that I've taken my pills for the week.I would absolutely buy this again. The only reason I might need to is if my ADHD self loses a pod!I highly recommend this.
