My daily go-to water bottle
I prefer non-insulated water bottles, so for me this is the perfect daily water bottle. I like the wide mouth to allow for cleaning, or mixing in electrolyte powders, or to add a little ice. My favorite features are that it's leak-proof and dishwasher safe. I like the 1 liter capacity for my daily use, but I was so happy with this that I also bought a 16 oz one for times when I need to have a smaller bottle for whatever reason. I'll buy again if and when they ever wear out, but I've had mine for well over a year and they're holding up very well.

The Perfect Rivian Cupholder Companion
What do you call a clumsy water bottle? A drip. Speaking of which, I was on a quest to replace my trusty old Nalgene with something that would actually fit in my Rivian's cupholder without needing a magical shrink ray. This bottle was the answer to my very specific, first-world problem. The design is brilliant in its simplicity. It holds the same glorious amount of water as my old Nalgene but is slim enough to slide perfectly into my car's cupholder and the side pocket of my AER City Pack 2. It feels incredibly durable, is a breeze to clean, and is comfortable to hold and drink from. Now, for the part that was almost perfect. The included lid and I did not see eye-to-eye. I promptly replaced it with a Hydrapak cap (purchased separately), which made it a perfect 10. It would be great if they sold a version with this cap from the start. Due to its tall, slender design, it is a bit top-heavy, a fact my cat discovered with glee. It's an easy target for a paw swipe, but that's the price you pay for volume and a slim profile.Yes, I would absolutely recommend this bottle. It's the ideal solution for anyone who loves the Nalgene capacity but is tired of it rolling around on the passenger seat. Just be prepared to potentially invest in a new cap and keep it away from mischievous pets.

Deceptively simple, really good, and much better than average! BRILLIANT!
I waited and waffled on this purchase thinking $15~$20 for a "plastic" water bottle without the durability and insulation of a metal drink bottle was simply too much. I gave in and got the 750ml/25oz version on sale and I am so glad I did. This bottle provides a lot more water than a classic metal-insulated version that is the same size and weighs less! I have had other cheap plastic water bottles and didn't like them because my drink got hot too fast and the drinking experience wasn't particularly good. This bottle retains ice cubes much longer than I expected when set down outside or in a car cup holder. The drinking experience is BRILLIANT!This bottle doesn't splash me walking or driving with its genius screw top! It provides a very natural drinking experience that is similar to drinking from a glass. It is easy to close and is water tight once closed so, no sticky backpack drink holders or car cup holders. When empty, it is super lightweight. This makes it super easy to throw in a bag to fill later when going out for the day. Finally, if you are using drink solutions with sugar or protein drinks, it is super easy to clean with no hidden ports, tubes, lips, etc. to hide the ickies or to make cleaning difficult. Just take the cap off, remove the silicone ring, and everything becomes easy to soap up and clean. So much easier than similar bottles with straws and silicone "no leak" tips which are a pain to clean.

Good water bottle with a caveat - not great for dusty/dirty outdoor adventures
Great water bottle - slim profile, ability to fit easily in backpack pockets, large capacity, handy grab handle that is easy to clip/secure, visible measurements, and easy to drink from with a twist of the cap. Caveat is if you take it backpacking or trail riding you need to be prepared that dirt/dust is going to get into the hole in the cap and just generally on the cap that later you will be drinking from. Other bottles have a drinking spout but also have a cover or cap. I guess you can then just treat the cap like you would a traditional nalgene bottle and remove it to drink but defeats the purpose. Overall I am a fan - I bought two.

My New Daily Drinker!
I'm trying to reduce my carbon footprint and stop using SmartWater bottles. I tried the wide mouth Nalgene, the Hydro Flask 24 oz with straw lid, and the Hydrapak Recon. The Hydrapak has become my new daily drinker. I like the flow rate, it's like drinking from a glass. I've never spilled on myself while drinking. I read some other reviews and I even tried turning the top too far or not far enough and I've still never had a problem with the flow rate. I've also tried laying it on its side on my passenger seat, no leakage. It fits in the cupholders in my truck and the water bottle pockets on all of my backpacks (Osprey, High Sierra, Camelbak, and Gregory). I like that I can put ice in it but I don't because of the condensation on the outside of the bottle. I haven't had any problems with the taste of my water, no plastic or chemical taste at all. The company says it's top rack dishwasher safe. I work in a restaurant so I wash mine in the dishwasher in the kitchen, so far no problems with that. If anything happens I'll update this review, but if something does happen it's my fault for washing it in a restaurant dishwasher! My one little nitpick is I wish the measuring lines on the side had ounces in addition to the milliliter measurements, but that's not enough to take off a star.

Helps with water intake, love the uniqueness
One of the few ways I get myself to meet daily water goals. I think it’s the feel of drinking from a cup that helps. Great invention! I only put water in this and haven’t had any issues with smells, mold, or leaking. Will buy again.
