SHIMANO Men's Universal Cycling Shoe Insole (Normal Last - 45)

If you're looking to this as an upgrade to your cycling insole, you may be better off with a cheaper Dr Scholls.My primary road shoes are some carbon Nikes and the traditional SIDIs. For spinning and hard riding, I wanted a bit more ball-cushion (under-cleat) than in the stock insoles. In fairness, the description of these does not say "gel" or "cushion"; it says "firm, high breathability". Yep.My stock Nike insoles have a patch of gel at ball/cleat area. I'm pretty impressed with the Nike shoes and insole. These extra-cost Shimanos are a big step down.They don't fit well in my SIDIs. The length is fine, but SIDI shoes are a bit narrower in the heel than the Nike or Shimano shoes. And the insole isn't a big improvement on the firm non-gel SIDI stock either.Which leaves these as a replacement when you've worn out your insoles, but not as an improvement to them.

Fit well in my cycling shoes. They are comfortable and seem to be good at lessening the pressure on my feet as I cycle. Good for long distance!

The insole fit perfectly . It is softer than the sole of my shoe. The only negative is cycling shoes don’t have a lot of extra room in them. So when they are in the shoe it’s a little bit tight.

Great fot for my shimano bike shoes. I have pwned them for about four years and it was time to replace the insoles. Great price and quite happy with the product

SIDIのインソールはただのオマケなので色々インソールを試してこれに辿り着いた。ショック・ドクターも試したが私が欲しかったものではなかった。シマノを穿いている人なら判ると思うがあの絶妙なクッション性が欲しかったのだ。ロードバイクに乗っていてインソールに迷ったらこれも候補に挙げて欲しい。私的に満足なので★5つ
