No, I am allergic to echinacea, making me very careful with labels. do these have added sugar or artificial sweetners?

These contain sugar. But if you need to watch your sugar for some health reasons, Sambucus also makes a sugar-free syrup. I’ve purchased it, but we haven’t opened it yet. But I do know that the sf syrup is sweetened with sorbitol.

What are the ingredients of the gummies?

The first ingredient is SUGAR!!!

Anyone know the difference between these and Sambucol? The ingredient lists look so different

I have a bottle of both sitting in front of me. And the active ingredient of elserberry is exactly the same.

No expiry date and off smell

Be careful please. The seal was there but it made a noise when i popped it off and was sticking out like there was trapped air inside. Usually this product isnt like this and is very helpful in combating colds and maintaining a healthy immune system, and has an expiry date but this was suspicious. So far the taste was alright but i cant recommend it.
