What types of plastics are the food contact surfaces made of?

I am not sure of the exact type, but it is BPA free food grade plastic. Once you do the extraction, the coffee is in the stainless steel tumbler.

Produces tasty coffee but kind of heavy

Tried using both off the shelf pre ground coffee and one that I manually grind. Both tasted good. Planning to bring this for travel. Its kind of heavy and I am not yet used to the screw method for coffee extraction. Already have Aeropress, Kompresso, Phin Filter, Nanopresso. This one is a nice addition to my travel coffee makers.

The eternal twist!!!

Well made and of high quality, coffee is not bad either ONCE you have been thru the hell of eternally twisting the orange ring. I played rugby all my life and am pretty strong but have blisters on both of my thumbs having used it only twice over two days…. It really shouldn’t be this difficult to operate! Pity. Otherwise great.
