Rubbery wire insulation was good at preventing tangles
Very upset about this purchase. Sound quality would distort grossly when sliding the volume control down from max level, so I quit using that feature. Rubbery wire insulation was good at preventing tangles, but would grab against clothing and transmit low frequency thudding sounds into earpieces--especially when running, when the heavy wires would hit against clothing. Sound quality was OK but nothing special. A piece of plastic on the volume control slider fell off iwithin only weeks. Not much later, the wires broke off at the volume slider. I barely got any use out of these before they fell apart. The only thing I liked about the product was the tangle-free wires and the nice box it came in. I would certainly not recommend this product to friends or family--it was a waste of money.

Good sound, bad mic, bad volume control
I cannot understand the very high reviews for this product, except to chalk them up to low expectations. My perspective is as an iPhone user looking for a good alternative to Apple's default white headset.Unfortunately, this is not it.The only users that would be happy with these headphones are those who want decent music sound at a low price. If you need the microphone or volume control, forget it.Good:Sound qualityTangle free cablesBad:Microphone quality - cuts in and outMicrophone placement - too far from mouthVolume control is limit only - does not actually control volume on phoneVolume control is slider switch with very limited range of motion - hard to adjust accuratelyMovement of cords over body is quite audible in ears - like a stethoscope

These aren't the best earbuds in the world but...
These aren't the best earbuds in the world, but they're pretty good for the price. I use them in my motorcycle helmet for music or podcasts and I can hear everything fine without it being too loud. The volume on the cord is nice and I can operate it with a glove on. All in all, they work well for motorcycle, bicycle, and general phone calls. These are being used on a Nexus 6p.

These are good, they work well enough
These are good, they work well enough. However, the cord is loud. That may sound odd, but every little movement i can hear the dang thing. I suspect it is due to being a flatter / thicker shape. They work good enough but i wanted to get something that i could use with my bike.

Good value, good sound
Very good sound. Wish it would skip tracks, but volume control works fine and it will stop/start music playlists.

Didn't work with my iPhone 6
Didn't work with my iPhone 6. The plug didn't fit tightly enough in the jack and the sound shorted in and out when I moved - or breathed.

Two Stars
The fidelity is very poor. Little high end response. Muddled, muffled low and mid-range.

Nice phone
I think they are a really good earphones for the price. They have nice sound. I didn't like so much the volume control, but I understand that it hard to do something that works with every cellphone.
