Print quality is excellent, as well as speed and precision. WiFi set up was so easy I thought it was just the first step, but nope, it was the only step that took five minutes. I haven't used the double tray function yet, but I doubt it will be a problem. As a a loan signing agent, a good printer is indispensable. My last Brother, single tray, broke last week when I moved. I dropped it because I am a klutz, and all the lights lit up like a Christmas tree. I was unable to reset it, and not willing to pay to have it fixed. However, that little printer worked like a horse for years. Brother is the king of printers. Do yourself a favor, and buy off brand ink cartridges and drums. There are a couple of brands that work well with Brother printers. Just guide yourself by other people's reviews when choosing supplies.

Love this machine. It's fast, quality print and almost never a jam. I do jobs of 100 to 500 at a time and it produces a clean clear product with no issues. Easy to set up and has options for various paper sizes. I use it with legal in the lower tray and letter in the upper to do multi size printing from PDF.. I am using Brother products at this time and it's always the best that way, but don't know if I can keep that up because of the price of the Brother cartridges and drums.

Love this printer. Work from home, got this as an upgrade to my old printer, when my old one stopped work. Don't know how I accomplished work prior to this. This printer is so fast, prints double sided and toner lasts a while (depending on your printing need). Multipurpose tray is awesome too. Envelopes are easy to print along with legal sized paper. I have the 2nd tray and love it. I often have to print a hundreds of pages at time. So the extra tray is awesome so that I don't have to keep refilling the paper constantly. I think I'm in love with this printer.

Bought this printer to keep up with the work orders I recieve. I'm a loan signing agent and need to print a large amount quickly. This printer does the job. The only thing I'm frustrated with is I can't figure out how to get it to auto detect to print both legal and letter size paper with one printing job.

I was definitely expecting a lot more from a $400 printer. The printer itself seems fine but it seems cheaply made and I do not like that when you adjust the tray for legal size paper the end of the tray sticks out the back of the printer. They could have made the printer big enough to fit for legal size paper without it sticking out the back. The other issue is that when you adjust the tray to the widest setting for the paper you have to stuff the paper in there’s no extra room at all for 8 x 11 size paper. The printer is also a lot smaller in person than the pictures. It’s also allowed when it prints. I got this brand because it was suggested for the business that I’m in, but I wish I would have shopped around. Too much of a hassle to return. It also would’ve been nice to know that it already came with toner because it didn’t specify that when I purchased it so I bought toner. Definitely expected a lot more for $400.

The printer worked ok -not greatly, just ok- for one month. As it had a internal clock from it first use so one could not benefit from warranty or anything. It stopped connecting to the WiFi, stopped printing pages correctly unless one rotates the pages 180 degrees -for some unexplained reason. It constantly jams. The toner drum seems to last very little, and the print quality is just a few notches down from crisp.I called, they were not very helpful and washed their hands saying that it was out of the return period, so too bad. I hired a tech, who taught me how to fix the basics, but the printer is still temperamental and gives error messages from time to time. The only solution is to be willing to reinstall the printer every so often. A second call connected me to a lady that was really ashamed, and who gave me a 100 dollar discount on this 500 dollar plus product. It works now as a clunker, and I have had it for only five months. I won't be buying another Brother product again, unless I don't find another manufacturer that builds double tray, laser monochrome printers. Brother seems to be one of the few builders if not the only one, unfortunately. They should stick to sewing machines.... which are not that great, either.

I purchased the Brother HL-L6200DWT monochrome duplex printer for my Notary Business and oh man....Jackpot! This machine automatically prints my pdf files to the page size in the document (use auto setting in print menu) in Letter and Legal and it's FAST!!!! It can print from Bluetooth on my cell phone too! This machine has saved me a lot of time. I purchased a second Brother (MFC-L3770CDW) to do the smaller jobs like scan backs, printing FedEx labels, and anything I need in color. When I received the email for the extended warranty, I had to print it out and write the machine on the top so i'll know which printer it belongs to. They really ought to fix that.

I purchased this printer on 11/25/2019. I have so far put almost 4300 pages through it. I've had no issues other than after 3332 pages, the original toner cartridge said I needed to replace it. I swapped it with a "E-Z Ink (TM) Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for Brother TN880 TN-880 TN 880 Super high Yield (2 Black)", printed a few pages, and then put original toner back in. I am now 1000 pages more on that same cartridge and counting. I have had no issues with this printer. I am a mobile notary, and I have the 2nd feeder with legal size and it is smooth and seamless. I will update if anything happens.
