Q: I have long nails already, can I use this powder and then apply gel polish?

I only used it on my shorter nails to get them all the same length then applied the gel polish. I will say it makes your nails stronger then the natural nail alone.

Q: Are these strength powders?

Honesly I dont know. I have worn them without a clear acrylic on top, and have not had any problems. There are times where I do put on clear acrylic on top.
